Aries. This year has been a roller coaster for you, as every year should be, and next year will be a year of many firsts. That’s both wonderful and terrifying, Aries. Exciting because there’s nothing like starting a new chapter, and petrifying because the old is so comfortable. You are so sure of who you are, Aries, that will carry you through any moments of difficulty you may encounter next year. Keep your head up. You’re strong, and you know it. 

Taurus. There is so much pressure put on you to perform a certain way, that you’re beginning to crack under the pressure. But in 2016, remember that it’s alright to set your own pace. So, you’re slower than the rest in one area. That doesn’t mean you aren’t just as good or better in another. Other peoples’ opinions can wear you down if you let them, Taurus. Don’t let this happen. You have too much to offer to be held back by small minded people. 

Gemini. Don’t let what other people have to say about what you do or how you do it get under your skin, they don’t have the full story. You should be grateful that you’re one that sees everyone for who they are in their entirety, not a person who misjudges. However, your openness to accept others and to listen to their side of the story has proved to be draining in the past year. Take care of yourself. You’re so full of good, Gemini, people will try to take advantage of that. You already know who you can trust and who you can’t. Follow your gut in this new year, and you’ll be just fine. 

Cancer. You do so much for everybody around you that it is understandable why some days you feel there isn’t much energy in there for you. This year, pamper yourself. Set plans up with friends you haven’t seen in a decade, or take an impromptu trip. Start living on the wild side just a bit more, and soon you’ll realize that you’ve started living more and more for you. 

Leo. Your soul is exhausted and you know it. You’ve tried drinking tea and swimming in the sea and writing poetry in inky scrawl that barely makes sense. It wasn’t always like this. And in 2016, it won’t be like this. You’ve changed this year, Leo, and there’s always a learning curve. First grant yourself permission to believe that things have the capacity to change, and the rest will settle itself. You’ve had your share of thunderstorms, Leo. The calm is here. Embrace it. You owe it to yourself. 

Virgo. You’ve been so concerned with what’s fashionable, Virgo, that you’ve quit doing what you know is right to do what is flashy. What is attractive. What is of-the-moment. This new year, do what you already know is right for you. 2016 is a blank canvas, and to make the most of it, don’t spend any more time pretending to be a person you know that you are not to appease anybody else. People will have their opinions. Let them. 

Libra. It’s obvious that you’ve had a year of grandiose. Grand moments, grand plans, and most of them have worked out, even if you don’t realize it yet. In 2016, don’t quit your dreaming. It’s so easy to allow pessimists shape your opinion on life, on aspirations, on every single minuscule decision you make. But by doing that, Libra, you’re stripping yourself of the opportunity to design your life and make it even more magnificent. Keep up the good work.

Scorpio. I’m so proud of you, did you know that? This year hasn’t been entirely smooth sailing for you, Scorpio, but you haven’t been one to let that stop you. In fact, it’s made you jump back into the game with even more vigor and excitement for life. In the new year, there will be many opportunities presented to you, some gifts and some difficulties. But don’t forget that every struggle is a chance to make yourself even better. You’ve done so well for yourself, Scorpio. Be proud of that.

Sagittarius. You’re so concerned making sure that you the perception the outside world has of you is “perfect” that you’ve spent less time on what really matters: your opinion of yourself. Are you really that happy underneath it all? If  you’re not, Sagittarius, this is your year to make changes. Your happiness is sure to come this year, Sagittarius, but only if you don’t seek it out and instead let it come to you. Focus on making improvements to your life, not for the aesthetics of it, but genuinely, and the rest will follow suit. This can be your year, if you let it be. 

Capricorn. You’re doing well, Capricorn, believe me. That being said, don’t give up now. You’ve conquered the sea, but this year you’ll have to conquer the ocean. That won’t be a struggle for you, though. You are equipped with all of the necessary tools to conquer the whole world. Remember that. And if at any point you feel as if you can’t, look towards the people around you. They’ll be more than willing to help. 

Aquarius. You know that one thing on your bucket list you’ve always wanted to do, but secretly been too afraid to go out and attempt? This is the year to do it, as long as ‘it’ isn’t potentially life threatening, of course. Tell your crush that you’ve liked for five years that you’re in love with him. Move halfway across the country to a state where you don’t know anyone. Quit your job if it’s holding you back from pursuing what you really love. Your life is what you make of it. Remember that. 

 Pisces. Did you know that there is so much out there waiting for you, if you just open your eyes? In 2015, you’ve felt something missing, Pisces, and it’s been eating you alive that you couldn’t pinpoint what it was. You’re missing adventure. You’re missing the unknown. This year, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for, if you slow down and let life take you where it wants to take you. Don’t try to force anything. Just let it be. You’re in love with living, Pisces, and life is in love with you right back.
